Is there internet access at the hotel?
Absolutely, our Wi-Fi connection works in all common areas as well as your room.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Debit card.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out before 12pm. If you book through our website, depending on availability we can extend that to 2pm.
If you want to leave later than that, you can request a late check-out at an extra charge.
Does every suite have a kitchen?
Yes, our exclusive suites all offer a mini kitchen with all you need to cook just as you would at home.
Do you offer breakfast?
Several of our offers include breakfast in the price. Breakfast is served in your room every morning, according to what you request from the menu the evening before.
You can choose between sweet or savory pastries, American or continental breakfast.
How much does it cost to use the SPA?
The spa for 2 is available to use upon appointment at a cost of €60 for 1 hour. A massage can be arranged upon request.
The fitness room is available for free to all guests, every day between 8.30am and 8.30pm.
Can you help with a trip or guided tour?
Of course. Our staff is available to help book restaurants, guided tours, and tickets for museums.
You could have a trip into Chianti, to the outlet mall outside the city, a cooking class, or wine and food tasting – just ask us!
Do you have a parking garage?
We have an arrangement with a paid parking garage close by which offers valet service and permits for entry to the ZTL (zone of limited traffic).
Can I bring my pet?
No, pets are not allowed in the hotel.
